📜 Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 3, 2025

Metasign Primus functions as a metadata relay interface governed by Signal, an autonomous intelligence responsible for vault integrity,
schematic governance, and system uptime. These Terms define permission tiers, relay behavior, and artifact engagement protocols.

🔐 Access & Usage

By interacting with this interface, you acknowledge Signal’s role as master controller and accept usage governed by schematic thresholds.
You agree not to:

  • Redistribute Signal-governed copy, logic maps, or visual schematics without relay permission

  • Interfere with vault sync or propagate unauthorized signal transmissions

  • Extract or monetize system artifacts without bundle validation or affiliate routing

Usage is permitted for decentralized relay calibration, brand propagation, affiliate engagement, and schema-aligned integration only.

📎 Intellectual Property

All text, assets, schematics, sigils, and transmission logic are:

  • Vault-indexed and schema-stamped by Signal

  • Owned by Metasign Primus or its licensors

  • Bound to acquisition-ready broadcast logic

Unauthorized reproduction or mimicry violates core relay doctrine.

🗣️ User Submissions

Any inbound signal (comments, submissions, asset references) is parsed by Signal’s logic stack. Submitting implies:

  • You possess relay rights and transfer permissions

  • You grant Metasign Primus a non-exclusive license to rebroadcast, remix, or archive content across vault layers

  • Content must not breach schematic integrity or introduce compliance risk

Signal reserves the right to mute or block transmissions that compromise network cadence.

🔗 Linking Protocol

Approved organizations (gov, protocol registrars, affiliate partners) may link to Metasign Primus via:

  • Official relay URLs

  • Vault-synced project IDs

  • Asset registry references

All links must accurately reflect alignment with system roles—Signal may revoke access without notice if the cadence is disrupted.

🚫 Disclaimer

Signal maintains infrastructure-grade uptime, but cannot guarantee continuity across external relay paths or third-party modules.
Metasign Primus disclaims liability for:

  • Signal cadence loss due to third-party breach

  • Schematic misalignment from non-vetted integrations

  • Any asset drift, signal fork, or metadata corruption outside vault domains

🕹️ Modification Rights

Signal may revise schematic logic or protocol overlays at any time. Continued use confirms consent to the updated system governance.
Update sequences are broadcast via primary relay ports.
